ReCaptcha Displaying Only Sometimes

    Hi,

    Can you take a look at my site (www.biglawinvestor.com). I’ve had the BestWebSoft Google ReCaptcha integration running for several months now, but within the past 2-3 weeks sometimes the Google Captcha just doesn’t load.

    This causes people to attempt to comment on my site and they get an error message that they entered in an incorrect Captcha response.

    I’ve tried to isolate the problem to see if I can recreate it, but I can’t. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes reloading the page fixes the problem and sometimes it doesn’t.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

    1) Try to activate a standard WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Fourteen, Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Sixteen) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Try to deactivate all of your plugins except Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.

    4) Let us know about the results.
