recaptcha does not appear

On this page is the contact form (contact form7) included and it shows the recaptcha:
http://dev.powerbasetec.de/kontakt/But on all pages in the WP contact slider (on the right), the same form, but the recaptcha does not appear. The div-tag is empty. What can I do to make it work?
I found a post where someone managed to get the recaptcha working in the contact form 7:
