I see no code of this plugin in your comment form. May you please recheck Settings > Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha > Enabled Forms
If settings are correct then deactivate all plugins and change theme to one of default theme then try. Then activate one by one.
Let me know.

Changed to default theme, deactivated all plugins except this one. Still not showing up.
It’s set currently to show up on Comment Form, and Lost Password Form. If you try to log in and go to Lost Password, it shows up.
I’ll leave it as no plugins and default theme for now, so you can see it.

I should also note it isn’t just your plugin maybe? I tried an alternative reCaptcha plugin, with similar results. Not sure if that means anything.
I still see no code of this plugin in your comment form.
Please change theme to one of default theme (eg. tweenty*). Also make sure all plugins are deactivated.
So captcha is showing only in lost password form, nowhere else? even if you enable for those forms?

Sorry, I had changed it to the one literally called “Default” – my blog has been up since 2007, so it’s probably too old I guess.
Changed to the theme “twenty-nineteen” and it worked. It also showed in the login form.
Weirdly, it then started showing in the login form once I re-enabled my original theme.
I suppose the comment form call has changed since I made my original theme a decade ago, and thus it’s not placing code in the right place? I’ll see if I can debug it in my theme using twenty-nineteen as a base, now.

Ok, I got it working. Apparently the hook it latches onto was introduced in 2010, and my theme was from 2008. Sorry for the bother, but thanks for the help!
I should work on updating the theme.
