Please be sure of the following:
1. The site key and secret key are different; they should both be listing on your Google account in https://www.google.com/recaptcha
2. Please be sure you have a precise match on the domain where your WP is being hosted and your Google key setup. if you’re on a temp domain for WP right now; that could be causing the error.
HI thanks for the quick reply. Steps one and 2 are fine. I do have recaptcha running on contact form 7 as well on the contact page, and it’s working fine. Is this a case of a conflict between the 2? Also of note, even with recaptcha credentials removed from the plugin settings, I am not getting mail from the contact form on the listings. Contact 7 form emails are coming through ok. My site is hosted on SiteGround.
Do the contact forms on the listing include the listing/post ID in the emails? that is the main reason I was using them rather than inserting a shortcode for contact form 7. If they don’t include the listing/post ID, then I can try using a contact form 7 shoertcode instead.
I just wanted to say, over all this is the best listing plugin I have tried. I’ve been playing around with a lot of them. I am just running into this issue and either a Site Origin Builder or Vantage theme (WordPress repository version) that I can hopefully work through. Thanks for the plugin.
The issue with emails being received is solved. I posted a separate post about that issue, and you gave me info to resolve it. Now that I have received emails, my question about the listing ID is answered as well.
The captcha issue is still there though. I have it disabled for now. A contact form 7 form was working fine with captcha when captcha was enabled on the listings form. But the listing form captcha was producing the error pasted above.
