Looking at your source code we don’t see any indication that you have this plugin installed and/or activated. We expect to see wpcf7-recaptcha-controls and some inline styling. Could you verify that you have this specific plugin installed and activated? Could you verify that you’ve run through the installation settings? Finally, could you verify that your theme has wp_head() and wp_footer() in the appropriate spots?

I have this plugin installed on another website and it works fine… it was working on this website and it has stopped working…
The plugin is activated…
and shows in the plugins etc
