    Hi,

I am trying to use a ReCaptcha in my form. Unfortunately, it is not working.

The field is grayed out and it says: Please enter a valid API key on Global Settings->Security->reCaptcha

I have already entered a valid API key five times, both for the v2 version and for the V3 version. Each time, it tells me that the valid key is correct and has been saved.

Nevertheless, the field remains grayed out.

What could be the reason for this? How can I see if Fluent Forms has saved the API key correctly?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! Please make sure you’ve entered the correct site key and secret key that match the selected reCAPTCHA version under Fluent Forms → Global Settings → Security → reCAPTCHA.

Initially, please clear the existing keys and save the settings. Then, add the keys, and click anywhere in the empty places to verify the keys. Upon successful verification, please save the settings. I hope it’ll resolve your issue.

If this does not resolve the issue, kindly check if there are any errors in the console/network when you try to save the keys.

    Let me know the update.

    Thank you
