Recaptcha is not working

    Hi,

    Two problems occurred as I’m trying to add Recaptcha on my website (alcove.sg).

    First, I tried to add Recaptcha by adding a new field in my contact form. But the window showed the following message: “Recaptcha Word Verification: Recaptcha doesn’t display in back end”. Even though I had already set up Recaptcha keys (Site Key, Secret Key, Map API Key) through Web Dorado Contact Form Maker plugin, that message still showed and I still don’t see Recaptcha below my contact form.

    Second, after I did such attempt, I am now trying to continue to add a Recaptcha under my contact form. However, after I click “Manager” then my contact form’s title, I’m directed to a page that says “404 error. So now I can’t edit my contact form at all.

    Could anybody help me solve these problems? I’d really appreciate it. Thank you so much.

    Thanks for letting us know about these problems!

    Please note, that ReCaptcha error appears, because it is only visible on the published form. As the error states, ReCaptcha is disabled on WordPress dashboard.

    As for the second issue, this is very strange, could we please take a closer look? Please contact our team through this form.
