    Hello,

    I use a Brevo form (edited from Brevo’s WP plugin “Brevo – Email, SMS, Web Push, Chat, and more.“) in my website’s footer to collect newsletter subscriptions. I have enabled “Google Invisible Captcha” on this form, but I’m still experiencing a high volume of bot submissions.

    I have a few questions regarding this:

    1. When selecting reCAPTCHA in the Brevo form settings, it’s not specified whether it’s version 2 or 3. Could you clarify this?
    2. I also use Gravity Forms elsewhere on my site with reCAPTCHA v3 correctly configured. Upon inspecting my homepage, I noticed that reCAPTCHA scripts seem to be loaded more than once. Could this be causing a conflict and reducing the effectiveness of the protection?
    3. Where can I find documentation about Brevo – Email, SMS, Web Push, Chat, and more plugin ? I can’t find it anywhere.

    The version of the reCAPTCHA key you should use depends on the one you generated in your Google reCAPTCHA account. You are free to use either a v2 or v3 key, depending on your preferences.

    Regarding the use of both Gravity Forms and Brevo forms on the same page, a conflict may occur, particularly due to the presence of multiple reCAPTCHA instances.

    Indeed, only one reCAPTCHA can function properly per page. Having several forms, each with its own reCAPTCHA, may cause validation issues or errors when submitting the forms, even if all required fields are correctly filled out.

    To avoid such issues, we recommend using only one form with reCAPTCHA per page, or placing the forms on separate pages.
