reCaptcha not working

After a recent update to theme Rookie, BWS recaptcha no longer works or at least appears. Looking at the source code you can see it’s there but does not display. This also affect the Nextend Social Login plugin as well.
I did try deactivating all plugins and only enabling the recaptcha with the Rookie Theme and still does not work.
Any help would be greatly appreicated.
