reCAPTCHA response is missing

    Hello! I show all Q&A through shorcode on the page. All Q&A are displayed. But it is not possible to ask a new question on this page. I have the error

    An error occurred when saving your question. Please report it to the website administrator. Additional information: reCAPTCHA response is missing.

    I am using this shortcode

    [cusrev_qna products="8418, 6943, 5908"]

    I see that no reCaptcha script has been added to this page. This means that reCaptcha is not working on this page in my opinion.

    Please help me to fix it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Please go to Reviews > Settings > Q&A tab > Disable option “reCAPTCHA v3 for Q&A” and check this issue again.

    If it still does not work, you can also try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress and see how it goes.

    Hi! I disabled option “reCAPTCHA v3 for Q&A”. And it started to work OK after it. But it turned out to be not what I needed anyway. I thought an asked question would be related at the same time to all the products listed in the shortcode. But an asked question is linked to the page where the shortcode is displayed but not to products. It is not working for me. I hided the button “Ask a question” via css.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

    The attribute products of the Q&A shortcode only support displaying questions and answers associated with those products. It does not support creating questions and answers for those products.

    If you create questions and answers, they will be associated with the current page, like a comment form.
