Hi,

I’m trying to implement your recaptcha via the shortcode provided in your plugin. While configuring the plugin, since I changed the Recaptcha version from 2 to 3, I was notified to save and TEST RECAPTCHA which I did. However on completing the TEST VERIFICATION step, I receive an error message “You have entered an incorrect RECAPTCHA value”.

What I’m after is trying to implement the recaptcha on a custom form that submits the post data to a CRM and I want to “vette” the sender before form submission. However, I can’t seem to get past the TEST VERIFICATION.

I have screenshots that I can send if required.

Thank you for contacting us!

It seems you are using the keys from Version 2 for Version 3. Please visit this page – https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin#list and generate the keys for reCAPTCHA Version 3.

Hi,

I’m not sure why it seems that way because I’ve tried using version 2 with version 2 keys and version 3 with version 3 keys. Neither worked.

The plugin doesn’t seem to like it if I change the version and doesn’t accept the version 3 keys.
