reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 Create the Same Not-Loading Problem

I’ve signed up for v2 and v3 of reCAPTCHA, got the site keys and secrets keys – originally put both v2 and v3 keys in the settings. Made sure the form had what was needed. The page didn’t load with the form, so I dropped v3 and left v2. Still, the page does not load (no error message) or anything. I’d really like to get this working.
