I have the same problem. From one day to the next the form stopped working and the error is like the one described above. However, I had already installed Re Captcha V3. The WordPress version is 6.0.3. My theme is AVADA.

Just activated it two days ago,tested it, but today i got a message from a client saying he is not able to send the form. I cannot send either because.
My problem was generated by an update of a plugin that manages website cookies. I don’t know for what reason, but by uninstalling this plug-in and reinstalling the previous version everything worked again. For the plugin I disabled automatic updates.
The plugin was ” Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA “.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet Anti-Spam, Flamingo, Really Simple SSL, Wordfence Security and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
