Hi @pixeligo
Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
I see you are using the Divi theme.
Are you using the latest Forminator version? We had some fixed for Divi and Forminator.
The invisible ReCaptcha means the challenge is invisible but the badge should be visible:
https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq#id-like-to-hide-the-recaptcha-badge.-what-is-allowed
For some reason, there are some odd inline CSS in the ReCaptcha causing the issue

Kindly check if the Forminator and Divi are updated.
Best Regards

Hi Patrick and thank you so much for your reply. I delete the css display none for Google ReCaptcha and with the latest forminator plugin version it’s ok now !
Best regards.
Pascal
I am having the same exact issue on my site and it happens with all forminator forms. I have your plugin, divi and WP itself all up to the latest versions.
I was actually forced into launching my site live, as the company I am working with had their previous (current as of 2 hours ago) site hacked and we were going to be launching within a couple of weeks. Faced with this, we made the decision to launch instead of trying to sort out the old server.
All of the forms worked previously in testing, although that was a while back. I was fully expecting them to work and cannot get a single one to work. I’ve created new v3 ReCaptcha keys and plugged them in with no luck. The ajax option has been enabled and disabled and it still prints that message every single time you hit submit. “reCAPTCHA verification failed. Please try again.”
Here is the main contact form: https://www.brodeurmachine.com/contact/
I don’t know if you can help, but it seems that maybe some recent updates to either WP or divi theme are causing Forminator to break.
Thanks for your time,
Drew
Hi @dnaylor,
Sorry to hear about the issues noticed. However, I’m afraid it would be better if you could open a new ticket regarding this in our forums so that we could give full attention to the issue.
Trying to discuss an issue on a different ticket will only cause more miscommunication.
Please use the following URL to open a new thread if you haven’t done yet:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/forminator/#new-topic-0
However, I gave a quick look on your page and I could notice there is a console error that might point that the issue might be more of a conflict.
Could you please try running a conflict test to rule out whether it helps in pinpointing where the issue is?
Please check the following flowchart on how to run a conflict test:
https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif
If running a conflict test as mentioned above doesn’t help, then please do open a new ticket, so that we could assist further.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
