I installed the Google reCAPTCHA plugin and inserted the appropriate keys from Google. The plugin is enabled on the WordPress Admin login page and I now can’t access the Admin Dashboard. “ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key” “ERROR: Google reCAPTCHA verification failed.
Google reCAPTCHA verification failed” How do I get around this so I can get into my Admin Dashboard to correct the issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @afgetsac100 — sorry to hear about the issue you are facing here!

In cases where we’ve seen the “Invalid site key” error when reCAPTCHA keys are correct, the issue is due to having the http:// or https:// added to the domain in Google’s reCAPTCHA account (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/). In this case, removing the http:// or https:// (please refer to this screenshot ) should resolve the issue.

When you get the chance could you check your Google reCAPTCHA account settings, and make the adjustments if necessary?

    Kindly,
