    Hi,

Awesome plugin but it doesn’t seem to be working for me 🙁

the recaptcha works and allows me to get the “Im not a Robot” green tick mark but it never enables the “Post Comments” button.

I’m not sure what to do to get it working.

Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

    Thanks 🙂

    BlueSteam,

Please, check the google analytics dashboard (www.google.com/recaptcha/) because since a month ago, google has added a new invisible recaptcha option and probably, you have got the invisible option enabled. The recaptch works but not shows the field on the screen.

This “invisible” option is not a parameter of the plugin itself, this is a parameter that directly belongs to the google recaptcha dasboard.

If efectively you have got activated the invisible option for your actual pair of keys, you have to create a new pair of google keys but this time, remember to mark that you want to see the recaptcha field.

    Best regards,

Thank you for the suggestion but that is not the problem. I have deleted the keys and recreated new keys making SURE this time that the normal reCAPTCHA V2 is selected and NOT the invisible option. After re-configuring the plugin with the new keys, I see the EXACT same behaviour.

reCAPTCHA works but the button is set to “disabled” in the css/html. The moment I disable this plugin the comments works as expected.

    Any other ideas?

Nevermind, I installed an alternative plugin that uses the invisible option from google and it is working perfectly.

Just to add my voice to this, same problem here.

The disabled="disabled never disappears even if I get the tick after selecting I’m not a robot. Using the theme “Salient” if that makes a difference.

I was hoping to see a solution here but I will have to investigate an alternative too.

    Thanks

Same issue, using sage 8.5.1 theme. Submit button holds on disabled mode, no matter if the reCAPTCHA validates or not. Tested both with/without forced javascript output and on firefox and chrome latest versions. Form IDs are set correctly.

Bones Joan Miquel, em trobo amb el mateix problema, el botó submit es manté en mode deshabilitat, no importa si el reCAPTCHA valida o no, tant forçant el javascript com no. Els identificadors del formulari i la configuració és correcta.

    Same issue, waiting solution.
