Receipt Page not triggering

Hello,

When making a donation, either through the p2p ambassadors plugin or the standard campaign, submitting does not trigger a receipt page. The page just refreshes and the donation ID gets placed up the the url so it looks like this:

http://www.website.com/campaigns/campaign-name/donate/?donation_id=104

The donor doesn’t get visual confirmation that their donation went through, which it does, looking at the dashboard. I’ve tried setting up a static receipt page as well as setting it to automatic, but neither appear to work for me. What might be causing this issue?
