    I’m using GetPaid with Authorize.net.

    After filling in the credit card info on the payment form and submitting, I receive message “Card Code is required”.

    Not sure how to resolve this. If “card code” refers to the CCV number, I am positive the value I’m entering is correct (tried several different credit cards, and same result).

    Any clue what this message means?

    Hi,

    is it for a single payment or recurring?

    Did you test with sandbox and an authorize.net test credit card and see the same?

    If you haven’t tested, could you please try?

    Please make sure the card code is not set as required in your account.

    Login to your Authorize.Net Account.
    Go to Account > Payment Form > Form Fields.
    Uncheck the “Card Code”
    Click Submit.
