Hi there,

This is the notification I received on my dashboard

– “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.”

Please let me know what to do next?

I also don’t understand why I am logged in as soenergy, do you guys take calls, I find it easier to discuss over the phone.

Hi

Before we attempt any sort of phone-level elevation, lets see what we can do here first. Can you visit https://lifesrails.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ctct_forms&page=ctct_options_settings_support and toggle on the “Enable Logging” checkbox? This should reveal a “Debug logs” menu item that will hopefully have more information for why the admin notification showed up. Just paste us the contents from that new page and textarea and we can go from there.
