@tonyd256 – This is something we’re currently looking into with our developers. You can see a related PR for this issue here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/pull/1130
Do you mind filling out a ticket on WooCommerce.com and including login information for your site? (we’ll want to take a look at the logs as well)
Thanks!
– Joey
Thanks for the update Joey! I’ll keep an eye on that issue. I unfortunately don’t feel comfortable handing over login info. There is just too much sensitive info on the site.
Hi, I’m also getting the same errors on Stripe.
“message”: “Received unknown parameter: level3”
“type”: “invalid_request_error”
One second after that, the payment is accepted. Only two sells so far with the same error.
Visa debit and Mastercard credit cards used.
Thanks
Hello. I have also been receiving this error for the past month. It doesn’t seem to affect payments but is concerning. Thanks, John
Hello! Any update about this issue? We are facing the same problem when customers purchase products declared in Stripe. It’s 100% reproducible and always fails.
Thanks a lot in advance!
Having the same issue here as well. Looking at the Github issue, it was resolved in Feb. So either it wasn’t actually resolved, or there’s been a regression, or maybe it’s a new issue with Stripe changing something their end?
We also have this issue “unknown parameter: level3” and the transaction always fails with this additional message in the WooCommerce order comments:
“The provided source has failed authentication. You can provide source_data or a new source to attempt to fulfill this PaymentIntent again.”
Thank you, Oliver
Hi @opatzke (and anyone else who may comment here): please create a new forum topic to ensure this gets looked at with current attention. Thanks!
