Receiving 521 error

My site is receiving a 521 error when I tried to do a test checkout. Here’s the site: http://www.thepracticalaver.com/checkout

When I proceed to checkout from the file http://www.thepracticalsaver.com/cart/, then, that’s when I get the 521 error. The PayPal button was working perfectly but not the I was wondering what I can do to fix the problem. Thanks.
