Receiving Emails From MailChimp

    Hi Everyone –

    I have been doing updates for vitalfocus.com. About a year ago, we switched the site owner’s CRM to MailChimp. We linked MailChimp to the contact form, but MailChimp doesn’t send an email notification when someone fills out the form unless they go directly through MailChimp. The owner wants to get an email alert when someone signs up. Is there any kind of workaround? We are using the MailChimp for WordPress Plugin. We are also open to other free/low cost options (her site is low traffic, so we don’t want to spend a lot of money).

    Hello,

    Can you please share a link to the page on your clients’ site where we can check the form?

    Also, are you using our form directly or integrating with a 3rd party form?

    Hello,

    Thanks for sharing the link. Please note that the free version of our plugin has no notification feature. That is available only in our premium version.

    However, you can use a form builder plugin such as “Contact Form 7”. This will help you create a form. You can then integrate that plugin with our plugin. The “Contact Form 7” will send you a notification and if it’s correctly integrated with our plugin, the user would be added to your MailChimp list.     If you use our premium version, then, of course, you would not need to use another plugin as our premium version will handle the notification. You can check our premium version at https://mc4wp.com/.
