Receiving emails from plugins although not subscribed

Hello,

this is an usual question but I don’t where I can get help for that.

I receive all support emails from a plugin support page here called “CAOS PLUGIN”. I use that plugin on my website but I have never subscribed to any topics nor to the plugin itself.

Can someone please help me with that problem? I keep getting these emails seven days a week and I have not subscribed to any support topics or plugins.
