Thank you for your response. Captcha is enabled and there are mandatory fields, this is why I don’t understand how the email is blank with no user inputted fields. I’ll send you the form address via your contact form. Thank you

I’m guessing this may be why it’s not activating the update procedure. Would you recommend I uninstall then reinstall the plugin to update?
