I am attempting to setup a Contact 7 form that allows the user to upload multiple files (setting max at 15). I’m receiving error messages with the multiple file field:

“Uploading a file fails for any reason”

I’ve already checked my directory structure and manually created the necessary folder wpcf7_uploads (was not created automatically at plugin installation), and when I continued to have problems edited my WP_config file with the path. Folder permissions are set at 0755

I also tried adding a single file upload as a test, and this is also not working. I receive an error message

“There was an unknown error uploading the file.”

    I appreciate all assistance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

I use “Consulting,” a theme by ThinkUpThemes, along with a number of plugins. But I think I found the issue – I’m running this on a subdomain as a developmental site. When I load the same Contact 7 code on the primary domain (test page), the upload function works. So I’m thinking it’s something with the way my hosting service setup file structure on the subdomain. I’m going to leave it as is, given it works on the future main site.
