Hello @cosep !
I trust you’re doing great today!
Gmail tends to be very picky when it comes to accepting emails coming from PHP/WordPress sites – too many people were abusing this option to send spam so Gmail will often get easily triggered and will not deliver such emails at all – it can happen suddenly as well.
In such cases the best way to handle this is to set up SMTP sending on the site – ie. using an external service (including Gmail’s) to send the mails as if they were coming from an actual mail app.
To do this, you can use our other plugin Branda which comes with this option: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/branda-white-labeling/
Here’s how to setup the SMTP feature: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#smtp
Note that doing this will increase the deliverability of all emails coming from the site and in many cases it will also prevent them from ending up in spam.
Warm regards,
Pawel
