    Hello,

    I’m completely new to web design and using WordPress/WooCommerce. I created and designed the website for an Asian foods import and export company where businesses can register for an account and place orders online. Here’s how the site looks:

    At first, customers who have an account were able to place orders online and we would receive the e-mail notification and the order in our company e-mail inbox. Then I tinkered around with different plug-ins and settings trying to repair other various issues and now we are not receiving the orders in our e-mail inbox. Customers can still place orders, but I have to constantly check the WordPress dashboard and check if the number of orders is different from the last time I checked and print the order using the Internet browser option. I’ve checked our WooCommerce notification settings and everything looks okay. We are receiving new user registration e-mails and Contact Form Submission e-mails, but not order e-mails. How do I fix this issue? Thanks!

    Firstly, I apologize for the delayed response.

    I understand that you are not receiving any Order Confirmation Emails anymore on your site after adding/installing some plugins, is that correct?

    First, please check the Email FAQs and see if the solutions provided will help resolve the issue.

    Otherwise, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
