Recent CSS style sheet reduction effect on mobile view

I cannot confirm this but I will go with the recent css changes. If you can access an android mobile phone and go here http://maddogclassifieds.com/members-directory and click on any of the members “see profile” you will see the gross distortion of image and text I mean the thing looks horrible as opposed to what it looked like before neat, ordered and tidy. And this has happened to all the sites only on mobile view.
