    Hi there, we’ve been using this plugin successfully in recent weeks and it has been great! However, since the weekend it hasnt been operating for us. We run an eLearning website that uses LearnPress as the main plugin, and your tool was great for us to switch to users accounts and check their profile for course progress etc.

    However, now when we ‘switch to’ we are direct back to the home page and presents as if not logged in at all. Even when manually change the URL to ‘/profile’ it redirects to the login page, but does have the ‘switch back to admin’ option above the login boxes suggesting that it has collected the users details but just cant access through to their profile. The only significant change we can spot since the weekend is that ‘Sheild Security’ has enforced some auto updates. Could the effect it?

    Could you please help.

    Thanks for the message. The best thing to do is to deactivate your other plugins one by one, starting with that security plugin, and see if that fixes the issue. Then you can report the problem to the author of the problematic plugin.
