Do you have your homepage set up as the latest post page (Settings > Reading)? If so you can go to Theme Options > Home Layout and scroll to Page Content Options at the bottom and set Latest Post Display to Full.
Is that what you mean?

Hannah, I’ve tried that but it didn’t work the way I need.
For example, if I have a poem in posts like that:
Speak not, lie hidden, and conceal
the way you dream, the things you feel.
Deep in your spirit let them rise
akin to stars in crystal skies
that set before the night is blurred:
delight in them and speak no word.
On the home page I see it like:

Is there any way to keep linebreaks in recent posts preview on the homepage?

So showing the full post should work but if your wanting the layout of the latest posts try adding a custom excerpt to your post in the post itself. If you don’t see the custom excerpt box click on “screen options” in the top right corner of the edit screen.
