Recent Posts Still Showing

I just installed OceanWP and am trying to get the basic settings configured before thinking about what else I might need to do. I switched the recent posts setting to “off” in the panel but they continue to show. I emptied the cache and still cannot get the recent posts not to show.

I would rather use YARPP since the size seems a better fit.

Is there anything else I can do, or in the alternative can the size be edited?
