Latest version block login

    The latest version (4.1.1) prevents users from logging into my blog. I tried deactivating other plugins thinking there might be a conflict and that still may be the situation. When I deactivate JetPack users can once more log on. I believe there is a bug in the new version as this did not occur in the prior version.
