• We have been using QSM for our tests and surveys for several years. In the past, there were hardly any problems, but for some time now, quality management has been significantly weaker. New bugs are introduced with every update. Obviously updates are released quickly fast and without sufficient testing. It is difficult to trust the tool and its test results, since you cannot be sure whether the calculation routines have been changed again with the latest version and the results do not make sense or show incorrect results. Most recently tests that have been running so far no longer work with version 7.3.10. Very problematic is the poor support. There problems are not taken seriously and mostly only answered reflexively and drawer-like. Very unfortunate that this great PlugIn has recently declined so much.
