Recipe post image after update

Hello,

after updating to the plugin’s newest version i realized, that the image in the upper left corner of my recipes is now square (not rectangular as before and how is the uploades image file). Also the shadow on the right side disappears on mouse over. Only comes back after reloading the page.

Is there a way to get back to the rectangular image and can the shadow issue be fixed?
Without going back to former plugin version….
