    <p class=””>I approached Shield support regarding a possible conflict with Shield and another app. Kept getting errors inc trouble installing other apps and Database hookups kept dropping out. Within minutes they responded and a collaboration between my Host, self and Shield ensued. Shield made a number of suggestions one of them being the reset of Database entries relating to shield – may have acquired corrupt data – they even offered to look at error records to ascertain. Anyways, i followed the suggestions and boom everything was back to normal and php error records reported no errors occurring anymore. So excellent service from Shield and Shockhosting – so glad i have these two services as this would of cost me so much more time!</p>
