Recommended Server Settings? getting 504 timeout

    Hi,

    Can you recommend server settings? working with host but cannot find the right balance.
    Managed to export 750 entries – anything higher than this and it’s reporting 504 errors.

    There are more than 20,000 entries.

    I’ve disabled all plugins, increased php time limit to 6000 – still returned 504. The site is up to date as of last week.

    If you get a 504 error, surely the problem is that you are using a proxy (like nginx).

    Please deactivate it while you are importing.

    If you do not deactivate, all the server settings you are applying won’t have no effect in practice.
