recommends outdated plugin for backup

    thanks for the plugin.
    But, when you enter the plugin, there is a sentence that recommends you to make a backup first (ok, thanks for the warning).
    but the plugin they recommend is: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-dbmanager/
    which has not been updated for the last 2 years
