    Hello again,

I’m having an issue trying to display the shortcode I’ve placed that shows the date that the privacy policy was updated, specifically in the reconsent modal (except when it shows on the privacy policy page itself). I even set the specific $post_id and it’s still not updated. Images here: https://kek.gg/i/_TXqF.png and https://kek.gg/i/3jwwNK.png

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Can you give me temporary admin access?

Email me at [email protected] and add a link to this topic so I know what the email is about.

I added your admin account, Fernando. Hopefully, you got a reset password link.

    Hi @seanking2919

I’m not sure what it is, but I am able to see the date just fine.

Huh. Maybe, I didn’t configure your temporary admin access correctly so that you can see the issue I’m getting. I pulled you up to an administrative role on the Sandia Mesa website itself and I updated the privacy policy. Check to see if you get the same issue with the reconsent modal on a page other than the privacy policy page itself, such as here on the main page of the site: https://sandiamesa.com

As I’ve said on my email, this is working for all pages except your homepage. That means that something on your homepage is preventing it from working. It’s not related to the plugin.
