    Hi!

    We had the labels of a contact form incorrectly configured and the fields NAME and EMAIL were not received because of this. Now it is resolved, but a few days ago we received a message that we can not answer because the label was incorrect and I would like to know if we can retrieve the email from the sender.
    Is this possible?

    Probably not. CF7 just sends emails – it doesn’t save form submissions anywhere.

    Many experienced WP users also use a plugin like Advanced Contact form 7 DB to also save CF7 form submissions for when things go wrong like this.
