I there,
I see that there are quite a few errors when I debug your site:
https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/?url=http://sky-rebels.com
I want to see if you can deactivate Jetpack, activate it, and reconnect to WordPress.com using these instructions?
https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/
Let me know if what works for you.
Thanks!
I’ve tried several times, this is not the problem.
I think that my website has been hacked, unfortunately
I’ve found this message running site health: The server port value is unexpected. Try adding the following to your wp-config.php file: define( ‘JETPACK_SIGNATURE__HTTPS_PORT’, 81 )
How do I do it?
Hi there,
We can definitely help to get Jetpack connected. That error you’re seeing actually is letting you know exactly what you need to do – it’s a common error related to Namecheap. Because Namecheap uses a non-traditional port for connecting to sites with an SSL certificate installed, adding this line to your wp-config.php file will let Jetpack know exactly how to connect (most hosts use port 443 for HTTPS):
define( 'JETPACK_SIGNATURE__HTTPS_PORT', 81)
You can add that to the bottom of the wp-config.php file. If you’re not sure what that means or how to do that, you can contact Namecheap directly for help.
Once that’s done, you should be able to connect to Jetpack and clear the errors you’re receiving.
Please try that and let me know if you have any other questions or issues. Thanks!
Ok. Now this is solved and jetpack is probperly connected. But I still I have lost my statistics. The site was created on April 2019 and now I can only see statistics from August 20th 2020
The Jetpack connection for your site is only two weeks old.
However, I do see a Jetpack connection for a site in the same WordPress.com account that was disconnected two weeks ago. That connection was using a temporary URL, rather than a domain.
Did Namecheap initially provide you with a temporary URL when you set up this site with them?
If so, it means when you reconnected Jetpack, now with your site at a proper domain, a new cached copy of your site was created on WordPress.com’s end, instead of just reconnecting to the existing cached site.
We can fix this, but we need to verify your WordPress.com account before we can do that, and we can’t do that here in the ww.wp.xz.cn forums. Please email support (at) jetpack (dot) com and include a link to this thread, and we should be able to help you there.
