We have discovered that registration emails sent to our site – http://victas.pancakeday.com.au/register-an-event/ – have been lost.

How can I access through the site database any information originally logged with the registration page?

Contact Form 7 does not save any information to the WordPress database – it operates by sending emails.

You can use the http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/ for this purpose.

Ah, that was my only hope – received this message from our hosting providers:

Our CMS will log all registrations in the database as well as sending emails and the admin can go in and download all the details of users who have registered. If their system can do that they should be ok. If not, I don’t think there would be any way to get the info back.

Many Contact Form 7 users use the approach suggested by your hosting provider.
