yesterday, my wordpress version 4.4.2, I have update wordpress without backup. after this process dashboard items shattered (Break). and also wordpress not updated. how can resolve this problem.

This is very long process and may be mistak. I have my site backup in april 2016. Can I download my May 2016 uploaded data? if this posible them I can backup my site and after them upload may data in content folder. please suggest me. It may be possible?
