Recover wordpress site from folder

    Hi,
    I was working on a wordpress theme on localhost when my system crashed and I had to reinstall windows. I was able to recover the Elementor_Home 1.html and its files folder. Can anyone please tell me if its possible to recover the project from these assets?
    I’m attaching a link to the gdrive folder containing these assets.

    As well as the files of your localhost website, you also need the database, you may be able to find and recover it. Strictly speaking this is not a WordPress issue, I suggest that you seek the support from whichever localhost dev environment you were using ? xampp, etc ???

    Thank you so much for explaining this to me. I will try to find where I can try to recover the database from. I was using the bitnami WordPress stack. I have posted this on their forum too but have not received any replies so far. Any other information would much much appreciated. I’m really a newbie at this.
