• I have installed and configured the participant database plugin on a wordpress site.
I have set up the ability for a user to request a reset link. The link is sent successfully, but when you click on the link, it leads to the correct form but
    with no data filled in.

I have used this plugin before, successfully on another site.
I got this feature to work well on that site.

The link that is sent does contain the same private ID that is in the database.

If I go to the participant list in the admin area, and click on the private ID,
(which is linked to the form) it also opens the correct form,
but does not fill in data.

To confirm that I am doing this right, I justminstalled the plugin on
a separate wordpress test site. I created a record and requested
a link to reset. This worked.

So, finally, I went back to the site that I was having problems with,
I disabled the plugin, deleted it, reinstalled it,
and set it up again from scratch.
    I still have the problem.

    Any iteas

Make sure the “Participant Record Page” is correctly configured in the plugin settings under the “Record Form” tab. That should point to a page that has the [pdb_record] shortcode. It looks like you have it pointing to the signup form, which won’t work.
