I’m confused; is there another add-on I need for the Recurring Billing to work? I have selected all the appropriate options within the plugin itself, and nothing is being sent. I have tested manually and the recipient is sent an email.

Hello.

You do not need another add-on to use recurring option. Be sure you have set up everything correctly and that you are using payment gateway which supports recurring payments.
