    Dear all,

    I like your plugin.
I got a trouble, when I create a recurring event, the date for each event works fine, only the period allow for booking is wrong. I got a 1969 date in FROM: & To fields.

    Cheers and kind regards,

    Remi

do you have sample link to your events for us to see and analyze? also, did you modify date format under events > settings > formatting > date/time ?

    Hi Angelo,
I did not change the date format.

    Date/Time is set to: d/m/Y
    Date Picker Format: dd/mm/yy

List events by date title: Events – #j #M #y

In Recurring events, this is fine too:
From 2017-06-19 to 2017-11-26, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday every week

BUT on event created by recurring event, this is the date
    02/12/1969 12:00 AM
    31/12/1969 11:00 PM

Angelo, the calendar is here :
    https://larcebeau.com/sami/courses-calendar/

    Thank you for your help,
    Kind regards,

    Remi

Can you post a direct link to a page that has this problem? I wasn’t able to find one. Thanks.

    Link to an event page:
    https://larcebeau.com/sami/courses/trx-9am-fit-2017-06-30/

This is the message I receive on this event page :
Bookings are closed for this event.

This event was created through a recurring event.
BUT, when (in the backend) I edit this event, the booking period is from:
    07/12/1969 6:15am to
    02/01/1970 6:15 am

So, if I manually change the date of all the events created by recurring event, everything is fine.

    Kind regards,
    Remi

Which version of Events Manger are you using?

    Thread Starter virada

    (@virada)

    Events Manager Version 5.7.3
    WP FullCalendar Version 1.2
    Theme My Login Version 6.4.9
    Paid Memberships Pro Version 1.9.2.2

It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    I done it already.
I got 4 prototypes for this website.
I still got the same issue with only the WordPress Theme 2017 and no plugin.
All is perfect, the design, creating recurring events.
Only the events created by a recurring event have a wrong date for booking event.
The events created by recurring events have a perfect date for each event.
I have to change manually the starting and ending time for booking for all the events created by recurring event.
Where do this 07/12/1969 and 02/01/1970 come from.
Anyway thank you for your help.
    Nice plugin, easy to use.

Dates that are 1969 or 1970 are almost always because there is no date set and a default PHP date is being used.

Can you post a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the admin area?

    Error 1969-1970
No error on the same event
    Plugins list
    Theme and child installed
    Dear Caimin_nwl,
The first image is inside an event created by a recurring event.
The second file is the same event, view from Events Page.
The third image is the list of the plugin(s)
The fourth image is the theme and child installed.

Except from this bug, evrything is working fine to make a fitness center registration online.
I use the 4 plugins, Events Manager, WP FullCalendar, Paid Memberships Pro and Theme My Login.
This create a LOGIN link in the menu, then the client is directed to the calendar.
On the calendar page I added [my_bookings]. This way the client can cancel any booking(s).
The client choose an event. ( In the recurring event, I made a link to go back to the calendar if the client wants to book another course).
And if the client wants to exit, the LOGIN button is now called LOGOUT.
    This is perfect for me.
    Kind regards,
    Remi

Can you post a screenshot of what you see when you click Edit on the ticket?

If you click in the “Available from” or “Available until” field does a calendar appear?

If not, is there any message shown in the browser console (F12)?

    Thread Starter virada

    (@virada)

Yes the calendar appears and I can change the date manually.

But when you save it doesn’t save the dates?
