Hello @darribas
is the vaulting enabled on WooCommerce PayPal Payments?
Hi @witcher83
I have activated the Vaulting option which is disabled. Will this be enough to make recurring payments functional?
How could I test if the recurring payment is carried out if it is monthly?
The subscriptions with the problem have been monthly and were carried out in December but in January the payment was not carried out. It is possible that the Yith plugin was not yet in its last update then.
Hi @witcher83
I put Paypal in sandbox mode and made a subscription on the web with the sandbox accounts. I did not see any reference to recurring charging on the billing sheet for that order in the business account. It seemed like a normal payment. I assume it means that the recurring payment has not been made.
Hello @darribas,
in these cases it’s better to create a test subscription with the renewal in a few days. So you can check if the plugin is working fine.
Hello @witcher83,
I did what you mentioned, but once a subscription has been paid, shouldn’t there be some type of reference in Paypal to the fact that this payment is recurring? I do not see any data that indicates that the payment is recurring in the subscription that I just made in PayPal test mode. Neither in the customer account nor in the business account. This makes me think it’s not working properly.
On the other hand, does the order status have to be completed for the countdown to begin?
Thanks.
Hello @darribas,
if you are using PayPal Standard you should find the subscription on the account. Otherwise, with WooCommerce PayPal Gateway you will see the single payment
