Recurring payment “Pending payment”

Do you have any update or feedback on the issue reported as Recurring payment “on hold” by @losmizmaj 1 week 3 days ago, please?
We have almost the identical problem, but with Payfast payment integration. The payments for the initial orders were processed successfully three months ago. Payfast saved the credit card details for each subscriber, but there are no subscriptions saved in Payfast’s dashboard. We discovered this upon investigating why the status of the next payments that were supposed to be processed automatically a week ago, were set to Pending payment. Also, as in @losmizmaj’s case above, the _payfast_subscription_token for each renewal is saved in the wp_postmeta table but nowhere to be found in flexible-subscriptions-2025-10-08.log
We created a support ticket with Payfast first and this is their reply below:
Kindly note that the Flexible Subscriptions plugin uses tokenization (Type 2 as per our developer docs) which is then charged via API from their end, and it has been created by wpdesk themselves. This is why it appears under our reports tab instead of customer subscriptions.Looking forward to your reply.
