Recurring subscription via PayPal error

    I’m testing recurring payments for Subscriptions plugin in WooCommerce using PayPal Sandbox.

    I created some subscription plans with one day recurring. The first payment is fine – Order created, money from buyer PayPal account was received. 2nd order (recurring) in WooCommerce was completed successfully, In Order notes, I got that PayPal payment approved with ID of transaction, Order status changed from Pending to Processing.

    But in PayPal Sandbox I received neither money nor notification. I checked the buyer account as well – nothing.
    I also went through the link in Order Title (Payment via PayPal (0EN10847242TS634B). Paid on 17th September 2018 @ 11:09 am) and got Error – Login in USA.

    How is it possible that WooCommerce changed the status of order but the Payment in PayPal hadn’t even created?
