Recursive Importing Files

    Dion,

    I copied wp-contents/uploads/* from the old WP to the same location in the new WP. The files are distributed in the YYYY-MM structure, and I have years and years of files.

    Is there a way to make the plugin look recursively for files to import in the media library?

    Answer is no unfortunately.

    However, if you import your SQL database to your new host, or, you import a WXR WordPress export to the new host, you should hopefully have the images just work with core…
